Our fulfillment centers prioritize ethical packaging materials to align with your values.

For specialized items requiring additional handling (such as delicate fabrics or custom-fit designs), processing may extend slightly to guarantee quality. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is dispatched.

Shipping Timeframe

Delivery timelines vary based on your location and selected shipping method. Domestic orders typically arrive within 5-8 business days after dispatch, while international shipments may require 10-20 business days. Seasonal demand (e.g., holiday periods) may occasionally extend these estimates.

Note that transit times exclude order processing duration. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for time-sensitive purchases.

Shipping Costs

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Free Shipping (10-15 Business Days): Orders over $60

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on cart weight and destination. Members of our loyalty program enjoy occasional free shipping promotions.

Shipping Regions

We currently ship to over 50 countries across North America, Europe, and select Asia-Pacific regions. Some remote locations (e.g., islands, rural areas) may incur additional delivery charges or restrictions. During checkout, our system will validate your address for service availability.

Due to evolving trade regulations, we temporarily cannot ship to certain destinations. Updated lists of restricted regions are available upon request.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Click the link in your shipment notification or visit our website's Order Status page to monitor progress. Most carriers provide real-time updates including customs clearance milestones for international orders.

For consolidated shipments with multiple items, tracking may activate within 24 hours of dispatch. Contact us if your tracking information hasn't updated within 3 business days.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

While rare, delays can occur due to weather events, customs inspections, or carrier logistical issues. If your package exceeds the estimated delivery window by more than 5 business days, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number.

For lost shipments, we initiate investigations with carriers after 15 business days of non-delivery. Verified lost packages qualify for reshipment or refund per your preference.

Customs & Import Duties

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, taxes, or import duties. These charges vary by country and are determined by local authorities upon package arrival. We declare all items at actual purchase value to comply with international trade laws.

To estimate potential fees, consult your national customs website before ordering. Note that we cannot reimburse these third-party charges or adjust declared values.
