Return & Refund Policy

At awardrobewave Solutions, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. This policy outlines the procedures and conditions for cancellations, returns, and refunds. Please read the following information carefully before proceeding with any transaction.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately. Once your cancellation request is processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that cancellations cannot be processed after your order has been shipped.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without an RMA number may not be processed. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow:

  • 5-7 business days for credit card refunds to appear on your statement
  • 7-10 business days for PayPal refunds
  • 10-14 business days for bank transfer refunds

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Sale items may only be eligible for store credit at our discretion.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the specified timeframe, please take the following steps:

  1. Check your bank account or payment provider account again
  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider as processing times may vary
  3. If you've completed these steps and still haven't received your refund, please contact our customer service team for further assistance
